Every year, Aga Khan Foundation Canada sends about 20 young Canadians abroad to work as junior program officers with non-governmental organizations.

Whether they are seasoned professionals or embarking on their real job experience, AKFC's nine-month long Fellowships in International Development Management (IDM) and International Microfinance and Microenterprise (IMM), allow participants to stretch themselves personally and professionally as they learn to live and work far from home.
