February 4, 2016 - Measuring the true impact of social policies and programs is a significant challenge for the development sector. Over the last decade, researchers and policymakers have increasingly used Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) to measure the impact of development programs to understand if a program is achieving its intended results (see for instance a recent article in the Economist).
